Although each of our retreats is different they all incorporate BALANCE. We design each Voyage specifically depending on the destination but regardless of where you join us we promise you will experience a memorable time away.
A time to recharge & refocus on YOU. Our time will offer various opportunities to help uncover any mental blockages & invite a sense of letting go what’s no longer serving you, leaving you with space for new, creative ideas and self esteem. We will offer daily movement (strength classes, mindful stretching, yoga, hiking), coaching workshops to help you engage your mind, plenty of downtime to rest, planned offsite excursions to experience the location we’ve travelled to, therapeutic treatments will be available, a professional chef will be onsite to nourish you & it’s a chance to meet & connect with a community of fun, inspiring and down to earth people.
This is open for anyone looking to reset their thinking patterns, engage their body into a state of flow, to nourish themselves with delicious food and a beautiful environment, and to gain a strong sense of self worth. We promise you will leave with new tools and habits to apply to your everyday life, a fresh glow of rest and new friends to add to your community.
We focus on giving you enough structure to allow you to engage your body and mind but support you to have plenty of 'free time' to read that book you've always wanted to, or go for an endless walk in the sun, or nap Mid day. Read below for more info on our destinations for 2024…
Vault Voyage UK

This location has it all, from the moment you arrive you will already feel the benefits of the English countryside air. This is the perfect place for you to disconnect from busy city life, relax within our private 8 bedroom villa and get your body & mind engaged! Located only 1 hour north of London, our space has it all: private rooms with individual ensuites (shared rooms also available), heated pool/hot tub and sauna. Fully equipped fitness room and outdoor tennis courts, and plenty of relaxing areas to curl up with a tea and book.
Our weekend together promises to be one filled with fun & laughter, gaining new insights about yourself, working through mental barriers, relaxing and recharging & moving your body in healthy/mindful ways. It's a chance to step outside your norm & meet like minded people while also being able to re-connect with yourself. We are excited to offer this space for you and build out a program that will leave you feeling re-energised & empowered.

Vault Voyage Costa Rica 2024
November 2nd-8th
Puntarenas is the south west province of Costa Rica lining the Pacific Coast, known for its beauty and tranquillity as it offers not only stretches of pristine beach, but also, the Central jungle which contain breath-taking waterfalls. We will be staying in a private villa just up from Jaco beach where we can surf, swim, move, stretch, breathe, hold coaching workshops, hang & smile. Our private oasis boasts immaculate ocean views, a pool and is surrounded by peaceful gardens & jungle.
A good friend of Sarah's for over 10 years, and local surf instructor, Andres will act as our local tour guide for offsite excursions as well as our own optional private surf coach (if you so choose to take part in his classes). We will also have a private chef on site to provide all nutritious, locally sourced meals for us and there will be optional massage therapy available on site to help you relax even more. We will also be joined by various other experts for the many activities we are planning for you!
