November 2020: 4-week meditation course


We’ll be running another 4-week meditation course in September to help guide you with how to meditate, why meditation is important and how it can help you practice mindfulness.

We know the next month is going to be a test for us and is no doubt going to be challenging. There is no expectation to come out of any situation "stronger" or more "skilled" because you are already STRONG and CAPABLE today right now! But what I would like to offer you is time carved out for YOU to check in with yourself and give yourself the gift of a self fulfilling practice: mindfulness meditation. I learned to meditate 5 years ago and it is still a crucial part of my daily routine and has enabled me to become more focused, more clear on what I need and where I'm going and has helped me manage my anxiety and sleep difficulty. I qualified as a meditation course last year in order to share this gift to as many people as possible and am excited to be offering the course again during the next month.

When?

Monday evenings over zoom 630pm-730pm (Nov 9/16/23/30)

What is it?

Finish your Monday's off with a space for YOU. Learn the basic techniques and applications of mindfulness, cultivating a regular and meaningful practice for yourself to bring some tranquility and focus to your mental and physical wellbeing. A great chance to also 'meet' new people, stay connected with others and yourself and just have a space carved out for you during lockdown to find some peace and tranquility. Each week we will deepen our understanding of mindfulness meditation but also incorporate exercises of self awareness, we will finish each week with a guided meditation to send you off into your evening.
